More about Table to Stage:

Many Houston restaurant-lovers have gotten to know their favorite chefs through their signature dishes, the occasional stop at their table during a meal or brief exchange at Southern Smoke Festival booth, and national figures through TV appearances and recipes in magazines. Table to Stage brings local, regional, and national chefs and culinary pros center-stage for an intimate conversation with Chef Chris that dives into their inspiration, drive, and path to success.

Two dialogue driven segments include questions that Chris custom tailors to his guests, and time for an audience Q&A so viewers can engage directly, as well as meet & greet opportunities after the curtains close.

Throughout the next six months, local pitmasters Greg Gatlin (Gatlin’s BBQ), Leonard Botello IV (Truth BBQ), and Patrick Feges (Feges BBQ), Bludorn and Navy Blue chef/owner Aaron Bludorn, Lucille’s chef/owner Chris Williams, James Beard Award-winning chef and Texas native Sarah Greuneberg of Monteverde in Chicago, BBQ legend Aaron Franklin, microwave master and international culinary sensation David Chang, and James Beard Award nominated cookbook author/New York Times food reporter Priya Krishna will take the stage at the cozy 250 seat theater so  Houstonians can get an up-close and personal experience.
