THE 2022 TRUFFLE MASTERS SET TO RETURN IN-PERSON MARCH 7 IN HOUSTON
ALL-STAR LIST OF PARTICIPATING CHEFS, BARTENDERS, AND JUDGES ANNOUNCED FOR 8TH INSTALLMENT OF BELOVED CHARITY EVENT RAISING FUNDS FOR TEXAS FOOD & WINE ALLIANCE
The Truffle Masters, Houston’s renowned celebration of the black truffle and all its culinary possibilities, is slated for Monday, March 7, 2022, at the C. Baldwin, Curio Collection by Hilton in Downtown.
The C. Baldwin, Curio Collection by Hilton is located at 400 Dallas Street.
The 2022 Truffle Masters marks the eighth installment of the always-anticipated event. A who’s who of Houston food spanning 27 chefs from top-tier restaurants throughout the city will create dishes highlighting the black truffle.

The roster of judges is equally elite, comprising top journalists, local leaders, and esteemed chefs.
Two featured bartenders have also been added to the jaw-dropping collection of participants: the brilliant mixologist, author, Julep founder and 2022 James Beard Award semifinalist Alba Huerta, who will create two original cocktails for the event; and Derek Brown, the innovative Beverage Director at Houston hotspot Riel, who created an exclusive Truffle Masters espresso martini for all guests to enjoy.
Founded and hosted by premier Houston-based luxury food importer and distributor DR Delicacy, the Truffle Masters will feature the city’s blue-ribbon chefs and eateries preparing truffle dishes to be sampled by attendees, all to raise funds for Texas Food & Wine Alliance, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering awareness and innovation in the Texas culinary community.
