Spring Holidays Have Houston Restaurants Offering Bountiful Tables and Specials in April

B.B. Italia Bistro & Bar: The Easter offerings spotlight hearty, indulgent dishes like a 7oz Prime NY Strip ($29) with sunny-side-up eggs and potato hash, New Zealand Lamb Chops ($29) with truffle sauce and grits, and Shrimp & Grits ($20) with blackened shrimp and crispy onions. Classic brunch favorites like French Toast ($16), omelets, and Fried Chicken & Waffles ($18) round out the menu.

  • April 3: Brunch with the Bunny — Enjoy a festive three-course brunch, pet live bunnies in the Courtyard, and take home a professional photo with the Easter Bunny! Buttermilk Baby: Hop into Easter at Buttermilk Baby with two festive, limited-time treats available April 1–30. Sip on the playful Peep Dream Shake—marshmallow soft serve topped with whipped cream, colorful sprinkles, and a classic bunny Peep. Pair it with the Spring Chicken Sandwich, featuring a buttermilk-marinated chicken breast coated in lemon parmesan panko with lemon aioli, lettuce, tomato, and provolone on a potato bun.

Cafe Leonelli: From April 1–5, guests can enjoy a limited-time Chocolate Easter Egg Cookie ($6), a chocolate-dipped citrus sugar cookie crafted by Pastry Chef Tiffani Gkaris.

Caracol will serve their famous coastal Mexican Sunday brunch buffet on Easter from 10 am to 3 pm.  Guests will find their usual brunch favorites as well as a carving station, some new seasonal item sand specialty Easter desserts.  Cost is $58 per person, $17 per child, plus beverage, tax & gratuity.  Live music by houseband Ikaru from 11 am to 2 pm.  Full bar, reservations highly recommended. Etoile Cuisine et Bar is celebrating Easter with a special 3-course brunch menu from 11 am to 3 pm for $68 per adult plus beverages, tax & gratuity.  There is also a kid’s menu available for $32 plus beverages tax & gratuity.  Regular menu will be available 5 to 9 pm. The Fancy (located at Hotel Lucine): The Fancy will be serving up oceanfront views and brunch specials for those looking to dine out on Easter. Highlighting local ingredients, The Fancy’s brunch specials include coastal delicacies such as Oysters Rockefeller (with bacon, greens and parmesan) and Crab Cake Benedict. Goode Company is offering special holiday meal kits available for pre-order now through Friday, March 27.Designed to serve 6–8 guests, each meal includes a choice of Orange & Texas Honey-Glazed Pit-Smoked Ham ($189) or Mesquite-Smoked Turkey Breast ($195), along with a variety of classic sides and dessert. Harrison’s (located at The Woodlands Resort): The buffet-style experience features a variety of chef-driven stations, from fresh seafood and carved meats to made-to-order eggs and pastas, as well as a dedicated sweets display. Harrison’s Easter Brunch will be available on April 5 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., priced at $95 per adult and $45 for children ages 5-15, with children under 5 dining complimentary with the purchase of an adult buffet. Kolache Shoppe Pastries—Including Dinner Rolls!—for Easter Brunch: Kolache Shoppe’s fluffy sweet, savory, and breakfast-y kolaches and gooey, buttery cinnamon rolls are a perfect addition to your Easter brunch table. For Easter weekend, the bakeries will also offer their holiday dinner rolls, available for special pre-order. Le Jardinier: Celebrate at Michelin-starred French fine-dining destination located within the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and enjoy a refined three-course prix fixe brunch curated by Executive Chef Felipe Botero and The Bastion Collection’s acclaimed culinary team. Priced at $135 per person, the menu highlights spring French White Asparagus, Burrata with strawberry and rhubarb, Carolina Gold Rice Risotto with crab, Roasted Lamb Loin, and Spanish Rabbit Conchiglione with spring legumes. Trattoria Sofia: Enjoy a festive brunch menu is served alongside the restaurant’s regular offerings.
