Perseid at Hotel Saint Augustine will be open on Thanksgiving with a flavorsome three-course pre-fixe menu ($85) that celebrates the season’s best flavors. Served for both lunch and dinner, the menu includes highlights like Turkey Roulade with sweet potato and brussels sprouts, Hanger Steak with pommes anna and sauce au poivre, and Pumpkin Pie with miso caramel and spiced Chantilly — each paired with a side of choice such as roasted cauliflower and squash or pommes purée.
