Get a kick of flavor with the grilled lamb chops with ashwagandha butter and served with a tandoor fig salad glazed with port wine dressing. You have your choice of asparagus paruppu usili dumpling with kadhi sauce, or panang curry, achari lobster, curd rice espum with spiced butter tossed asparagus. The Nova Scotian halibut is an appetizing selection served with dill infused herb sauce and sauerkraut slaw. All the entrées are served with lehsuni dal, saffron pulao and garlic naan.
