Valentine’s Dinner is Always Memorable in Houston Restaurants

Guests will be mesmerized with the delicacy of the curated menu which starts with caviar, quail egg kultran, tandoori blue potato mousse or seaweed caviar, lemon tofu cream naan blinis and chives. Enjoy a choice of entrée with delectable oysters, Kashmiri pepper spiced strawberry & champagne mignotte sause or dahi vada, yuzu salt, and freeze-dried beet powder. Get a kick of flavor with the grilled lamb chops with ashwagandha butter and served with a tandoor fig salad glazed with port wine dressing. You have your choice of asparagus paruppu usili dumpling with kadhi sauce, or panang curry, achari lobster, curd rice espum with spiced butter tossed asparagus. The Nova Scotian halibut is an appetizing selection served with dill infused herb sauce and sauerkraut slaw. All the entrées are served with lehsuni dal, saffron pulao and garlic naan. The modern eatery is setting the mood with Valentine’s Day dining for guests with an appetite for a lovely meal with their sweetheart. This Valentine’s Day, fall head over heels with a delightful three-course prix fix menu curated by Radio Milano’s Executive Chef.
