Houston Restaurants Celebrating Easter with Special Menus

Celebrate Easter a’Bouzy-style with their regular brunch menu available from 10AM-3PM and their regular dinner menu from 3PM-10PM. Guests can start with the Brioche Toast Service featuring daily butters, jams and Texas wildflower honey, designed to pair perfectly with a glass of bubbly! Additional brunch all-star dishes include the B.A.L.T.E. sandwich with crispy bacon, avocado, bibb lettuce, tomato, and fried eggs; Pork Hash with braised pork carnitas, jalapeno, onion, peppers and sunny side eggs; and the Strawberry & Waffles with strawberry butter, whipped cream, maple syrup, and the option to add fried chicken strips. Bisou celebrates Easter this year with a special Easter brunch menu designed by Master Chef of France Frédéric Perrier. Featuring three courses consisting of starter, entrée, and dessert, the $49 menu includes one mimosa or glass of sangria per person. Think jumbo lump crab beignets with chipotle aioli; roasted lamb loin, flageolet beans, and mint chimichurri; and profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce. Bisou welcomes all families and friends to come and enjoy its first Easter brunch.

Brunch will be served from 10AM-3:30PM and includes a passion fruit mimosa or glass of punch for $65 per guest. Start with a pastry basket filled with house blueberry scones, mini E cinnamon rolls, croissant served with lemon curd and strawberry compote. Find English Peas Soup, Asparagus Wrapped Prosciutto and a Spring Beet Salad, and egg dishes like Lobster Benedict served with a classic béarnaise on grilled rosemary focaccia with crisp pancetta. There’s also Egg White Frittata for those dining on the lighter side. A children’s menu priced at $25 includes a dessert sure to delight the little ones – gelato topped with Cadbury Eggs.

Come celebrate Easter with a signature brunch at Quattro, Sunday April 21 from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. Quattro serves bold, authentic Italian flavors elevated with local influences and ingredients. The Grove will host a special Brunch on the Green with live music on Easter Sunday from 11am-3pm. Enjoy savory brunch favorites, a build-your-own breakfast taco bar, meat-carving stations, and house-made pastries and desserts. Specialty cocktails including mimosas, sangria and mojitos are available for $15 with one cent refills. Brunch is $35 per person, $15 for children aged 2-12.
