Bisou celebrates Easter this year with a special Easter brunch menu designed by Master Chef of France Frédéric Perrier. Featuring three courses consisting of starter, entrée, and dessert, the $49 menu includes one mimosa or glass of sangria per person. Think jumbo lump crab beignets with chipotle aioli; roasted lamb loin, flageolet beans, and mint chimichurri; and profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.
