Dario’s Steakhouse & Seafood: The special Father’s Day menu begins with an array of delicious starter choices like lobster bisque, French onion soup, fresh oysters and shrimp, a crisp wedge salad, or the savory Texas quail wrapped in bacon and filled with Manchego and spinach. For the main course, diners can choose from the filet mignon “Cajun style” with shrimp and poached egg, slow-roasted prime rib, a decadent surf and turf, grilled Norwegian salmon “Oscar style” or grilled Gulf red snapper topped with lemon butter and crab. Guests will end the meal on a sweet note with chocolate cake, key lime pie, carrot cake, strawberry cheesecake, or creamy crème brûlée. Dario’s Father’s Day brunch menu is $72 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
