Half-Off Margaritas Three Ways at Duck N Bao, Hongdae 33 & Seven Sushi & Robata: In honor of Cinco de Mayo, Grace and Leo Xia are pouring discounted margaritas at all of their concepts. Pick your fave from the list below, or make the rounds and try all three. Cinco de Mayo at Hugo’s, Caracol, Xochi, Urbe & Zaranda: Celebrate with drink specials from Friday, May 1 to Tuesday, May 5. All five locations will feature The Greatest Margarita Ever Sold for just $18! This is the only margarita to appear on the menu at all of Chef Hugo Ortega’s award-winning Mexican restaurants. It showcases the amazing elegance and flavor of 25-year aged Grand Marnier with the profound, polished agave flavors of a finely wood-aged Anejo Tequila from Gran Centenario. Tacos and Tequila Tasting at Brennan’s: Guests may arrive at their leisure anytime between 2 and 7 p.m. and will receive a curated tequila tasting board featuring 1-ounce pours of Blue Star Blanco, Blue Star Reposado Honey, and Blue Star Añejo, each paired with a trio of chef-driven street taco courses. Candente: Michelin-recognized Candente is turning up the heat for Cinco de Mayo with all-day celebrations at both its Montrose and Bellaire locations on May 5. Guests can enjoy $10 house frozen and rocks margaritas, plus $10 queso with a topping. The Montrose location will feature a DJ and live mariachi for an extra festive touch. Kenny & Ziggy’s New York Delicatessen Restaurant and Bakery: Mazel & Mole will be available each day from Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8. A dish never before served at Kenny & Ziggy’s will make its debut on this special menu. It’s Shredded Chicken & Pastrami Tinga made with tender, shredded chicken and smoky pastrami simmered in a rich, zesty tinga sauce, wrapped in flour tortillas, baked until bubbling, and served with Mexican rice. For Cinco de Mayo at Lankford’s is offering a $20 taco plate and margarita special. The plate includes two crispy beef tacos, a bean tostada and a chile con queso tostada topped with lettuce and tomatoes.

Ouisie’s Table & Gardens: Between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. that day, Ouisie’s is offering Cinco celebrators a drink and a main-course meal for thus $25 plus tax and gratuity. The special menu lists three Cinco-related cocktails to choose from – a Margarita, Paloma or Ranch water – and a choice of main-course plates.
