Houston Galleria: Master Sommelier and Executive Wine Director of Pappas Bros. Steakhouses, Steven McDonald will walk guests through eight tastings of cabernet sauvignon across a reception and four courses alongside special guest Samantha Breton, Vice Versa Winery Owner. Meal highlights include the Blue Crab TempuraHerb-Crusted Colorado Lamb Rack, and Stube Ranch Wagyu Sirloin, amongst others.

Founded in 2003 by Patrice Breton, Vice Versa has sourced fruit from Napa’s most prestigious vineyards and utilized world-class winemakers such as Philippe Melka and Maayan Koschitzky to craft multiple 100-point wines that have enthralled collectors and connoisseurs alike.
