THE TRUFFLE MASTERS Returns as VIP-Only Experience on March 9, 2026

The Truffle Masters is set to return on the evening of March 9, 2026, with an elevated VIP-only format designed exclusively for Houston’s most discerning epicureans. Hosted by DR Delicacy, Houston’s premier luxury food purveyor, this signature event will offer guests an unparalleled night of culinary artistry centered around the world’s finest truffles.

Known as one of the city’s most opulent culinary experiences, guests can expect a star-studded lineup filled with James Beard-recognized chefs and Michelin Star talents.

For eleven years, The Truffle Masters has set the standard for excellence, refinement, and savoir-faire in luxury gastronomy,” said founder Diane Roederer, widely known as The Truffle Lady. “This year, we are intentionally elevating the experience—more intimate, more refined, and more unforgettable. The Astorian provides the perfect backdrop for this next chapter.”

For the first time, The Truffle Masters will be strictly limited to VIP guests, ensuring an exclusive and immersive experience.

Kicking off the festivities is The Truffle Masters Pre-Party at Central Market on February 20th at 6:30 p.m. Guests can sample the truffle-infused creations of a selection of Houston’s top chefs and restaurants. As guests stroll through the Central Market Cooking School, Upstairs Patio, and Mezzanine, they’ll enjoy small plates created by some of Houston’s finest up-and-coming local chefs, paired with wines, along with a charcuterie table and desserts provided by Central Market. So make a date to sample, sip and enjoy an evening filled with truffled delights featuring specialty wines by Virtuoso Wine & Spirits.

In addition to the culinary features, a spirited cocktail competition will highlight five local cocktail connaisseurs from Aperitivo, Bar Moon, Culinary Masters Hospitality, Musaafer and Perseid.

This year, The Truffle Masters will benefit KNOWAutism, a non-profit organization created specifically for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with the goals of providing information about autism, offering a roadmap for diagnosis and intervention, raising awareness in our community and working with schools and other organizations to develop programs that meet the evolving needs of children and families affected by autism.
