Backstreet Cafe Easter To-Go: The restaurant is currently closed as the process of constructing a new building to house the Houston favorite has begun. But owners Chef Hugo Ortega and Tracy Vaught couldn’t let Easter go by without offering some of the restaurant’s amazing cuisine for the holiday! They will be offering a variety of Backstreet Easter goodies to-go which will be prepared at and available for pick-up from sister restaurant Caracol, 2200 Poat Oak Blvd. Orders can be placed now until April 17 at www.Caracol.net. All food will be prepared at Caracol and ready for pick-up on April 19, and will include reheating instructions.
