The Health Museum: The Health Museum is again offering their annual and highly anticipated Heartstrings Unraveled on Friday, February 14, 2025 from 6-10 p.m. The evening offers a three-course candlelit dinner of salad, made-to-order pasta (including vegan and vegetarian options), and dessert; unlimited wine and beer and other non-alcoholic beverages; access to all exhibits at The Health Museum; photo ops; and free parking. THE HEALTH MUSEUM: Gal pals can join the fun at Galentine’s Heartstrings on Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 5:30-8 p.m. for light bites, charcuterie; unlimited beer, wine, a signature cocktail, and non-alcoholic drinks; a guided interactive heart dissection led by Dr. Varsha Podduturi, Deputy Medical Examiner at the Fort Bend County Medical Examiner’s Office; access to all museum exhibits; and photo opportunities as well as complimentary parking in the museum’s surface lot. Amrina: Featuring a five-course tasting menu for $125 per person, highlights include Tuna Crudo, Roasted Oysters, Crab Bonda, Lobster Tail poached in saffron spiced butter, dill and orange dressing, and pickled radish, Beef Tenderloin with a spice rub, truffle mashed potato, and a dry sherry & mushroom sauce. CAFE PIQUET: The traditional, family-owned restaurant has created a 3-course Valentine’s menu for two. Choose from Shrimp Cocktail or Spinach Salad with Fruit and Candied Pecans as a starter, Grilled Salmon or Ribeye as a main course, and Natilla for dessert. Candente: Spice up your Valentine’s Day with Tex-Mex at Candente! The Love Bird Special will be offered all Valentine’s week long, February 9 – 15, featuring two small special margaritas of the month, one small queso, one large combo fajita plate, and one tres leches for just $75.
DANDELION CAFE: Dandelion Cafe is going all in on the strawberry features this Valentine’s Day with a week’s worth of Chocolate Strawberry French Toast, brioche french toast with strawberries, chocolate and cream for $18.99, plus strawberry mimosas, and homemade conversation heart cookies individually wrapped for $X price. Le Jardinier: Executive chef Felipe Botero and pastry chef Tiffani Gkaris have curated a four-course menu priced at $120 per guest, available on Friday, Feb. 14, from 11:30 am to 2 pm. Highlights include Chestnut Ricotta Agnolotti with black truffle, Poached Maine Lobster with lemongrass emulsion, and indulgent desserts such as Raspberry Cheesecake Mousse and Valrhona Guanaja Dark Chocolate Crémeux. Ouisie’s Table: From 4-10 p.m., romantics can choose dishes from a three-course, multi-item menu featuring a variety of starters, a choice of meats, fish and poultry creations and a delectable choice of dinner-climaxing desserts for just $69 per person plus tax and gratuity. Start with Ouisie’s famed crab cakes or try something new like jalapenos stuffed with a mixture of roasted short rib meat, peppers and onions. Main course options include seafood, poultry and meats. Feast on a classic French bouillabaisse, a Marry Me chicken dish with pasta or herb-crusted venison with dried fig sauce. Pappas Bros. Steakhouse: Valentine’s menu available: Friday, Feb 9 -Wednesday, Feb 14 at both Houston locations. Prime 131: Indulge in a sizzling three-course Land & Sea Special for $240 per couple or choose from a curated menu of Prime 131 favorites, including fresh sushi and expertly grilled proteins prepared on the concept’s signature live fire grill.
