CANDENTE: Indulge in a sizzlin’ soiree this Valentine’s Day with the Love Bird Special at Tex-Mex hotspot, Candente! For $75 for two people, receive two February-specialty White Chocolate Raspberry Margaritas, one small queso, one large combo fajita, and one tres leches cake. CIEL: The fine dining restaurant and lounge specializing in Japanese cuisine with a French twist will offer diners a three-course dinner ($125 per person) with the option to add on wine pairings ($30). The sumptuous menu features pan fried Wagyu Gyoza with garlic soy, fresno chile and togarashi; CIEL Sushi Flight with one piece of salmon nigiri, one piece of wagyu nigiri, two pieces of spicy tuna maki and two pieces of spicy yellowtail maki; Spicy Chicken Karaage with Greener Pastures chicken, buttermilk, labne and gojuchang; or Vegetarian Sushi Flight with two pieces of shitake nigiri and four pieces of avocado maki for the first course. Choose among the Chateaubriand au Poivre with roasted broccolini and pomme puree; Ora King Salmon with five spice, roasted broccolini and pomme pure; and Vegetarian Spinach Raviolo with spinach, ricotta, feta and shitake for the second course. CRAFT PITA (2 locations): Craft Pita offers a Valentine’s Day dinner special for dine-in and takeout with a bottle of wine. The special comes with the choice of whole rotisserie chicken ($50), beef kabob ($60), or falafel ($40). DARIO’S STEAKHOUSE & SEAFOOD: Guests will begin with lobster bisque, French onion soup, shrimp scampi or Dario’s salad. For the main course, they will select from Oscar-style filet mignon, rack of lamb, surf and turf, Chilean Sea Bass or New York Strip au poivre. Finally, this exquisite meal ends with a lavish dessert selection of chocolate dipped strawberries filled with Grand Marnier, strawberry cheesecake, tuxedo chocolate cake, mixed berries Romanov or chocolate crème brulee. Dario’s Valentine’s Day menu will only be available on Tuesday, February 14th with seatings at 3 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm and 9 pm. The cost is $99 per person plus tax and gratuity. ELDORADO BALLROOM: The Eldorado Ballroom will host a special dinner and concert featuring artist David Michael Wyatt for Valentine’s Day. The concert comes with a two-course gourmet dinner option curated by Lucille’s Executive Chef Chris Williams featuring the choice of Garlic Roasted Chicken, Braised Short Rib, or Harissa Cauliflower Steak (vegan) served with smoked mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables plus shared dessert. KATA ROBATA: This Valentine’s Day, celebrate with an intimate, at-home experience from Kata Robata, the Japanese sushi and grill restaurant from famed chef Manabu “Hori” Horiuchi. Diners can pre-order an Uni Handroll Kit for Two ($199) or Regular Handroll Kit for Two ($150 + $50 for caviar add-on) to be picked up and taken home on Valentine’s Day. Kata Robata will also be offering a Premium Sushi and Roll Set ($120 per box) which will include 12 sushi pieces and one four-piece roll and will be available as a takeout or dine-in item. LE JARDINIER: The Michelin-caliber restaurant will offer a three-course Valentine’s Day lunch ($95 per person) including a choice of Murray’s Burrata with red wine poached pears, pecan gremolata and watercress pistou, Chicory Salad with black truffle, avocado aioli, shaved winter vegetables and citrus, and Hiramasa with avocado mousse, sweet potato, grapes and almonds for the first course; choice of Poached Maine Lobster with buttered potato and cabbage and lobster bisque, Red Wine Braised Short Rib with potato pave, celeriac and treviso, and Green Circle Chicken with sauce supreme, sauteed mushrooms and wilted greens for the second course; and choice of Raspberry Cheesecake Mousse with red velvet cake, cocoa sable or Valrhona Guanaja with dark chocolate cremeux and salty caramel sabayon for dessert. For the first course, indulge in the Thai Trio Appetizer featuring a Seared Scallop & Spicy Mango Salad with Yum dressing; a delicate Flower Dumpling topped with sweet radish and peanuts; and Shiso Leaf Tempura. Entree highlights include Pink Noodles & Crispy Chicken with tamarind coconut sauce, spiced tofu, and bean sprouts; Wagyu Strip Loin Black Pepper Steak with saffron jasmine rice; and Choo Chee Seafood featuring a medley of seafood atop a bed of Choo Chee curry sauce with Kaffir lime leaves and crispy vermicelli noodles.
