Gourmet Ranch and Kojak’s Fine Foods Host Pop-Up Meat Market Selling Direct to the Public for First Time Ever

Gourmet Ranch, founded in 2000, will partner this weekend with Kojak’s Fine Foods and co-host a Pop-Up Meat Market

Gourmet Ranch Pop-Up Meat Market Location will be held at Kojak’s Fine Foods at 1912 W. 18th Street on Saturday, April 4th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or until supplies last)

Gourmet Ranch specializes in custom-cut meats including, beef, chicken, pork, and lamb. Selling exclusively to restaurant and food service customers. For the first time in the company’s history and in response to the public’s need for meat due to shortages caused by the health crisis, Gourmet Ranch will sell direct this weekend at Kojak’s location in the Heights area of Houston. HOW IT WORKS

The pop-up meat market allows consumers to purchase a wide variety of uncooked, frozen meats from the comfort and safety of their own car. Once at Kojak’s, customers will receive gloves, a marker, and a laminated menu of the products with pricing. After the order is placed and paid for, the driver will be directed to a separate area where their product will be loaded into their car.
