Sal Y Pimenta Kitchen delivers brunch South American style at CityCentre
If it’s a unique brunch experience you’re looking for with an extensive, one of a kind selection, a delicious experience awaits you at Sal Y Pimenta Kitchen, who recently debuted their Sunday Buffet on June 12.
Featuring more 50 individual menu items including their signature 100% grass fed Uruguayan beef, a whole roasted pig, fresh seafood, and a plethora of freshly made desserts, Sal Y Pimenta strives for the ultimate tasting feast. Staff members guide diners through the choices from appetizers to desserts providing insight into the ingredients, cooking processes and background of the dish if so desired.
Cost is $35 per person, plus, tax and gratuity for this mouthwatering array of South American cuisine offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Appetizers range from flaky empanadas to Calamari Steak, Yuca Bunuelitos, Chicken Croquettes, Shrimp Empanizado, Lamb Lolli Chops.Pork Lolli Chops, Argentinean Sausage and Argentinean Blood Sausage. Delight in cold appetizers and salads including Lengua a la Vinaigrette, Roasted slow eye round veal, Canellini Beans Salad, Caprese Salad, Salpicon de Ave, Russian Salad, Mango Salad, Ceaser Salad, Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and more.
If an assortment of desirable breakfast dishes is what you’re craving, there’s no shortage here. Choose from poached eggs, Chorizo Argentino Saltado, Chilaquiles with Sunny Side Up Eggs, Crab cakes, Yuca cakes, small Flautitas, Mini Beef Brochettes, Pork Belly (Chicharron), Poblano Corn Soup, Carnival Potatoes and Bacon al Horno.
Ample grilled meats adorn the display with notable varieties of Berkshire pork tenderloin, short ribs, all natural chicken breasts among the succulent roasted Whole Suckling Pig and Whole Uruguayan Grass-Fed Tenderloin.
Also offered are Endless Mimosas, Bellinis, Red or White Sangria for $13 each.
