Houston Rodeo Spurs Special Events and Restaurant Goodies From February Through March

Hotel Saint Augustine is launching Rodeo Rendezvous, a multi-week luxury Western pop-up residency running February 24 through March 22, transforming two guest rooms into a rotating boutique featuring sought-after milliners, fine artists, vintage curators, jewelry designers, and even a high-end photobooth. Each week features a different lineup of vendors, including Lucky Gem Club (custom gem belts), Teressa Foglia (world-renowned bespoke milliner), Ty Hays Fine Art (Western photography and art), Natalie Lindsey Vintage, Nan Collective, Rahm Carrington, and Magnolia Mercantile (Houston-based hat bar). Latuli:  The Memorial neighborhood restaurant will operate a 28-passenger shuttle on March 2 (Riley Green), March 4 (Rascal Flatts), March 12 (Chris Stapleton), March 16 (Cross Canadian Ragwood), March 18 (Koe Wetzel), March 19 (Lainey Wilson), and March 20 (Parker McCollum), with additional dates available upon request.  Tickets are $100 per person and include round-trip transportation to and from NRG Stadium, plus cocktails. The party bus departs Latuli at 6:30 p.m. and returns 20 minutes after each concert concludes, with tickets available via Resy and Latuli’s website.  On rodeo shuttle nights, Latuli will also feature specials including Chicken Fried Steak, Bacon-Wrapped Quail, and a Corn Dog Trio, along with rotating activations and takeaway items.

THE PIT ROOM HOSTS ANNUAL GO TEXAN DAY PATIO PARTY ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27 FROM 4PM TO 8PM: Open to all ages with free entry, The Pit Room Go Texan Day celebration will offer complimentary activities on the patio of its Montrose and Memorial locations, including live DJs spinning country classics, an animal petting zoo and cotton candy spinning (only at the Memorial location).  As a special rodeo season experience for guests, trail riders from the Valley Lodge Trail Ride Association will be stopping by The Pit Room’s Memorial location for lunch on Friday at 11 a.m. as the riders make their way into Houston for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s annual Downtown Rodeo Parade.  

Toca Madera Houston is gearing up for 3 weeks of Rodeo Houston festivities that includes the ultimate Rodeo photo capture, specialty cocktails, and a Noble Noir member perk with access to NRG stadium – now through March 22. Guests are invited to saddle up with the Toca Madera’s Disco Horse installation providing the ultimate Rodeo-ready snapshot. Zanti Cucina Italiana: Zanti Cucina Italiana is celebrating rodeo season in style with a Rodeo Glam Brunch on Saturday, February 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The restaurant will transform into a western-glam hotspot featuring new brunch menu offerings, rodeo-inspired cocktail specials, and tableside moments set to a live DJ spinning country favorites.

Berg Hospitality Group: Available March 2–22, Monday through Friday from 4–6 p.m., The Outlaw Menu offers a three-course dining experience across several Berg concepts. Guests can enjoy a $55 three-course menu at Prime 131, Annabelle Brasserie, The Annie Café & Bar, and B&B Butchers, or a $39 three-course menu at Trattoria Sofia and B.B. Buttermilk Baby: Inspired by the excitement of the rodeo, guests can indulge in the Carnival Crunch,  a soft serve, a sweet-and-salty treat featuring popcorn-flavored soft serve swirled with colorful M&M’s. CRAVE Cupcake x TRUTH BBQ: Houston favorites TRUTH BBQ and CRAVE Cupcakes are teaming up for a bold, limited-edition “Smoke & Honey” cupcake, available February 26 through March 22. The $8 creation features a sweet corn base topped with frosting made from a reduction of TRUTH’s original barbecue sauce sweetened with honey, finished with two slices of signature smoked brisket and a candied jalapeño for a kick of sweet heat. The cupcake will be offered in-store only from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily on a first-come, first-served basis at CRAVE’s Kirby and Uptown Park locations throughout the week, and at TRUTH BBQ’s Houston Heights restaurant on weekends while supplies last. Pho Prime and Gatlin’s BBQ are teaming up for a limited-time Rodeo season collaboration, available March 2–22 at Pho Prime (Pearland and Bellaire/Chinatown) and Gatlin’s BBQ, blending Texas barbecue with Vietnamese comfort food in two exclusive specials. The partnership pairs Gatlin’s 10-hour smoked brisket with Pho Prime’s signature pho broth, slow-simmered with beef knuckle, short rib, brisket, and oxtails for deep, rich flavor.
