The House of Suntory, the founding house of Japanese Whisky, proudly announces the return of Toki Highball Week, following its celebrated debut in 2024. From June 2-8, 2025, the week-long experience will take place in five U.S. cities: New York, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami and Philadelphia, bringing to life a tradition born in the bustling izakayas of Tokyo, where highballs have long been a beloved post-work ritual paired with casual Japanese bites.

Throughout Toki Highball Week, guests will experience Toki Suntory Whisky in its most refreshing expression: the Toki Highball, a serve that is crisp, vibrant and meticulously balanced.
Found in participating accounts, the Toki Highball Machine brings an elevated level of precision and consistency to each pour, crafting the Toki Highball with the perfect balance of whisky and soda water. Complementing this exceptional serve, guests will enjoy curated music and thoughtfully paired culinary offerings at select locations, with each element reflecting the cultural influences and contemporary spirit of Japan.
Designed to transport guests to the vibrant energy of Tokyo’s bar scene, Toki Highball Week features the classic Toki Suntory Whisky – a vibrant blend of Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita whiskies.
To craft the perfect Toki Highball at home, chill a highball glass with ice. Add one part chilled Toki Suntory Whisky and top it with three to four parts chilled soda water. To preserve the soda’s effervescence, stir gently from the bottom of the glass and garnish with a fresh grapefruit or lemon twist. Serve immediately to enjoy Toki’s crisp, refreshing taste.
