TOP CHEFS Stopping by JŪN for Special Event Dinners in August and September
JŪN is the best place to experience a Top Chef dinner as calendar is filled with collabs and pop ups
August 7 to August 10, 2025: Tristen Epps Kitchen Take Over Series

From August 7th to August 10th, the team will pause JŪN’s menu and introduce to the world Buboy, the forthcoming Houston concept by Top Chef: Destination Canada winner Chef Tristen Epps. Tristen will share a 5-course tasting menu highlighting contemporary Afro-Caribbean cuisine rooted in heritage, memory, and expressive technique. The series, like Buboy, will honor the depth and diversity of the African diaspora while pushing the boundaries of modern fine dining. Born of Trinidadian roots, Tristen traces his passion for cooking back to childhood, when he traveled the world with his active military mother. Living in Guam, Japan, and the Philippines shaped his eclectic palate and sparked a lifelong curiosity for flavor and technique.
5 course Tasting Menu: $135 + Wine Pairings $65: Reservations available here.
