Chic Steak 48 joins River Oaks District

IMGP0004 (3)Come hungry to the posh Steak 48, who launched their grand opening in the River Oaks District recently showcasing the best of fresh seafood, prime steaks and shellfish defining their reputation as more than a steakhouse.

IMGP0013Positioned on the front corner at 4444 Westheimer, Steak 48’s two-story residence, with nearly 14,000 square feet, is divided with separate rooms highlighting the dining experience. Intimate settings, such as a set of six booths separated by a glass wall, allow diners a visual into the inner workings behind the scenes.

Creative approaches and high quality fresh ingredients make the most of every dish from the appetizers to the raw bar items.

IMGP0019Choose from diverse selections such as honey-accented Braised Pork Belly over sautéed spinach, Fried Deviled Eggs, creamy fresh Burrata with tomato jam, or even Fried Rock Shrimp paired with sweet Thai chile glaze.

The Seafood Tower, which needs a moment to take in with the visual display, melts in your mouth with Alaskan King Crab legs, East Coast fresh oysters and decadent Lobster. Succulent quarter-pound shrimp and the Crab and Avocado Stack are also on the menu. IMG_20160613_194249904

Sides, which offer 18 choices, are the perfect accent to a meal. Selections include Corn Crème Brulee, Double-Baked Truffle Potato and Asparagus Fries. Maybe indulge also with the King Crab and Rock Shrimp Mac and Cheese.

Steaks and entrees aim to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience.

This is their first expansion from their Arizona-based concept restaurant.
