Arnaldo Richards’ Picos: Ring in 2019 in Studio 54 style! Beginning at 8 p.m. on December 31, Picos will begin seating parties for a fabulous four-course dinner designed by Executive Chef Arnaldo Richards, with an open premium bar and specialty cocktails designed by Beverage Director Monica Richards.

Enjoy the complimentary cigar rolling station at the outdoor cigar lounge or premium spirits tasting bar, photo booth, or dance floor. Live entertainment will feature BULBO. Tickets begin at $100 per person for bar and show only and go up to $200 per person; prices are inclusive of open bar, tax, and gratuity. There will be a champagne toast at midnight!

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse:  This New Year’s Eve, Del Frisco’s will feature an indulgent prix fixe menu available for $150 per person. Please see attached for the full NYE menu. Wine packages will also be offered for $45 for your New Year’s toast. Del Frisco’s will be open from 11am to 11pm.

Four Seasons Hotel- Bayou & Bottle: New Year’s Eve Party: Join the Prohibition theme with the staff will be dressed up in Prohibition-era attire and will make specialty Prohibition-themed cocktails. The Bar will be open throughout the day but will close at from 7-9 p.m. to decorate. Doors re-open for the party at 9 p.m.

Cover charge starting at 9 p.m. is $30/person if purchased in advance, $35/person if purchased at the door. Cover includes champagne toast at midnight. Cover does not guarantee a seat.

Table reservations will require a minimum spend of $400. Party favors, LED dance floor, DJs: Asli and Andres (of The TonTons) and full (regular) food menu available.

The Grove Houston will host a special three-course dinner to ring in the New Year. Dinner is $45 per person and includes a glass of sparkling wine and valet.

Jack & Ginger’s Irish Pub is celebrating New Year’s Day with a special brunch Tuesday, January 1 starting at 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For $15 guests can enjoy an extensive buffet style brunch that includes some of the Irish Pub’s favorites such as shepherd’s pie, boxtey (Irish potato pancakes), and bangers, as well as traditional items like eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, chicken tenders, fresh fruit and homemade potato chips and dip.

The brunch will feature a complete Irish coffee and a Bloody Mary bar. Drink specials include pint sized mimosas for $5 in the following flavors: pineapple basil, mango ginger, strawberry citrus, and prickly pear.

La Lucha: Executive chef Bobby Matos has put together a family-style 3 course menu for $49.95 a person  with Johnny cakes with caviar, crème fraiche and allium to start with. The first course includes a “Perfect greens” salad with vinaigrette, goat cheese fritters and soft herbs.

Guests then have the option to pick one of the following appetizers: Good Luck Duck & Sausage Gumbo or Blue Crab stuffed raviolis in spicy shrimp sauce with scallions.

The entrée options are meant to be shared with the table. This includes fried chicken, blackened gulf fish, ‘shrimpy’ mac & cheese, wilted greens of the moment with toasted garlic and lemon, crawfish boulettes, Porterhouse supplement for the table. For dessert, there is a Nutella or vanilla soft serve with saltine crumble, extra virgin olive oil and Maldon. The restaurant will accept reservations for this night only. Wine pairings will be available and there will be a $0.69 cent cheeseburger from 10PM to midnight.

La Table:  Celebrate New Year’s Eve at La Table with standout specials such as Perigord Truffle & Lobster Gnudi (Ricotta Dumplings filled with Black Truffle) or Strube Ranch Wagyu Beef en Croute (Beef Tenderloin baked in Puff Pastry).

Guests can end their evening on a sweet note with La Table’s Baba Au Rhum, Rum soaked cake with pastry cream, black cheery and orange. La Table will be accepting reservations from 11am to 11:30pm in both Marche and Chateau.

Le Colonial: For $75 a person, Le Colonial in River Oaks District is offering a three-course menu, where guests will choose one small plate, one large plate and one dessert.

Highlights include Goi Du Du (papaya & shrimp salad) and Bo Kho Cari (braised pananag beef short ribs). Alcoholic beverages are not included. The midnight champagne toast is being sponsored by Moët & Chandon.

Poitin: Have an unforgettable night enjoying specialty cocktails, globally inspired Southern food while counting down to 2019 in front of the best view of the Downtown Houston skyline!

Quattro at Four Seasons Hotel: New Year’s Eve Dinner has one seating offered at 7 p.m. and includes life entertainment, dancing and champagne toast at midnight. Seating includes a 4 course menu at $135 per person. Wine pairing will be optional with 4 wines available (Four 3 oz. portions at $60). A la Carte Menu will also be available for guests.

Roka Akor: A special tasting menu of five courses will be available for $135 per person with a two-person minimum. The full a la carte menu will also remain available.

Beginning with foie gras mousse, yellowtail sashimi and prime beef tataki, lucky patrons will then move on to Roka Akor’s signature wagyu kimchi dumplings and famous grilled pork belly with pickled radish and tarragon miso.

A decadent sashimi platter, Alaskan King Crab in chili lime butter, and grilled corn in soy garlic butter follow before the highlights of the evening: grilled Maine lobster in yuzu kosho butter and Japanese Miyazaki A4 Wagyu. An upgrade of $40 per person is available for those wanting to take wagyu to the next level and try the Japanese Kobe A5 Wagyu. Reservations are available at www.rokaakor.com/houston.

Yauatcha: The Chinese Dim Sum Teahouse will offer a special prix fixe menu this NYE. Priced at $88 pp (+$40 wine pairing), the menu features three multi-dish courses highlighting decadent restaurant signatures such as the wagyu beef puff, lobster dumplings, truffle duck, and more.
