“Galveston Island is truly a unique community and it is our residents and the employees who work here that make it so very special,” said Moody Gardens President and CEO John Zendt. “Giving the Galveston community a day at Moody Gardens on us a sincere gesture of our gratitude.”

Guests must show proof of island residency or employment with a driver’s license or state identification card, utility bill, paycheck stub or work identification badge to be eligible for the Galveston Appreciation Day offer.
