THE CHESTNUT CUP:  The French Mediterranean eatery is adding a touch of seasonal flair to its cocktail menu with the Chestnut Cup: a holiday cocktail with notes of spices and nuts that utilizes Rum, Chestnut Syrup,Walnut Liquer, Aquafaba Foam and Spices.

BAYOU & BOTTLE HOLIDAY COCKTAILS: The Wise Old Bird is a holiday riff on the Old Fashioned, made with the following:  2oz Wild Turkey,  .5oz Cranberry sage syrup (made in house) and 2 dash Boston Bittahs.  It is then stirred and garnished with a sage leaf.

S’MORE PLEASE: The S’More Please is a blend of rich house made hot chocolate, coffee liquor and vodka for an extra kick, topped off with a toasted marshmallow drizzled in chocolate. Use  ¾ oz vodka, ¾ oz St George coffee liqueur, and 4 oz homemade hot chocolate (whole milk, dark chocolate nibs, milk chocolate nibs, cinnamon, salt to taste) and garnished with graham cracker and house marshmallow fluff.
