A’Bouzy–New menus for lunch, dinner & weekend brunch

Perfectly timed with the holiday season and cooler weather, new offerings range from lighter fair to heartier entrée selections, seasonal seafood and a fabulous new dessert menu.

Guests can kick off their meal with all new starters such as the Artichoke & Caviar Dip, Jamon Serrano; Deviled Eggs with crispy chorizo; King Crab, and Shrimp Cocktail.

Lunch does not disappoint with a decadent new Steak Sandwich, a fun twist on a classic cheesesteak.

Guests looking for heartier fare will enjoy the new Beef Bourguignon featuring a red wine braised beef or the Local Seafood Cioppino with a hearty tomato seafood broth. 

Additional new entrees include Grilled Wild Alaskan Stuffed Salmon, a seasoned five-spice Hudson Valley Duck Breast and Sous-Vide Berkshire Bone-in Pork Chop.

a’Bouzy desserts don’t disappoint with sweet treats including the Strawberry Lemon Sponge Cake, the Kahlua Run Brownie, and theButter Poached Pear.

Don’t forget weekend brunch at a’Bouzy either. Brunch all-star dishes include the B.A.L.T.E. sandwich with crispy bacon, avocado, bibb lettuce, tomato, and fried eggs; Pork Hash with braised pork carnitas, and Strawberry & Waffles with the option to add fried chicken strips.

La Table–New menus for lunch, dinner,and brunch at Marché and Château, offering two distinct, yet complementary French dining experiences.

Yellowfin Tuna Nicoise Salad

Downstairs in Marché, diners can enjoy a new all-day menu of light, yet comforting French bistro-style fare. Dishes include a Caramelized Cheese Soufflé with Comté, Roasted Vegetable Cassolette, Half Roasted Chicken Au Vin and Halibut with asparagus, rice pilaf,and a fennel condiment. 

Marché has introduced a new Prix-Fixe menu option weekdays from 11 am-3 pm. Guests can select any appetizer and main course for $35, or add a dessert for a three-course lunch at $42.

Weekend brunch includes French classics such as a Croque Madame, Yellowfin Tuna Niçoise Salad; or Orange Blossom Brioche French Toast. Guests can dine a la carte, or enjoy a $30 Prix-Fixe option that includes a main course, pastry basket, and choice of beverage.

At Château, dinner service pulls out all the stops with table side service for two and notable wine list. Château pays homage to autumn and sways toward classical French preparation. 

Lobster Rigatoni

Starters include Beet Tartare and Mushroom Consommé. A specialty of the Dauphiné region of France in the Rhône-Alpes, bite size Raviolide Royan are filled with a blend of herbs and cheese. Lobster Rigatoni suggests the marriage of French and Italian sensibility.

La Table takes special care of its “Poissons & Crustacés” (seafood) such as  Sea Scallops served on potato purée, Shrimp with Chili Vinaigrette, Ōra King Salmon and Grilled Branzino. 

Stube Ranch Wagyu Beef Filet

Heartier “Viandes” (meats) include Crescent Duck Duo, Colorado Lamb Chops, Berkshire Pork Loin and the Strube Ranch Wagyu Beef Filet. All can be paired with wines overseen by sommelier Xavyer Burroughs.

The new dessert menu goes glamorously old school with recognizable favorites included Poached Pear “Belle-Hélène,” Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Apple Tart à la mode, and the elegant Floating Island topped with a sumptuous whiskey crème anglaise.
