McDonald’s Global McDelivery Day Returns on July 19th with Uber Eats

McDonald’s introduces new ‘90s-inspired Throwback Collection available by ordering McDelivery on July 19

On July 19, McDonald’s is celebrating fun, food and convenience around the world by bringing back Global McDelivery Day.

This year on Global McDelivery Day, McDonald’s is transforming everyday, routine moments into fun and delicious moments. McDonald’s knows that right now, there’s nothing more fun than 1990s nostalgia, so this year, we’re introducing the Throwback Collection – a set of fun T-shirts, bandannas, pins, socks and PopSockets featuring designs inspired by the ‘90s.

To get your hands on a piece of the Throwback Collection, order McDelivery via Uber Eats on McDelivery Day, July 19 at participating Houston area locations, while supplies last.

Download the Uber Eats app here and check out the Facebook event for more information. Global McDelivery Day begins at 10:30 a.m. local time across more than 20 markets around the world.

“We’re thrilled to be celebrating the continued growth of our Uber Eats’ partnership with McDonald’s on Global McDelivery Day right here in Houston,” said Travis Considine of Uber Eats. “We’re able to leverage our speed and technology to make it even easier for McDonald’s customers to enjoy a delicious and convenient dining experience, wherever they are.”

After decades of delivery success in Latin America, Asia and the Middle East, McDonald’s and Uber Eats began piloting McDelivery with 200 restaurants in January of 2017. One year later, McDelivery is available in nearly 12,000 restaurants around the world through Uber Eats and various delivery partners, giving our guests the craveable, delicious McDonald’s food they love when they can’t get to us.
