House of Blues set to entertain Houstonians through the end of 2016

House of Blues has a little bit of everything for Houstonians to carry you through the holidays and then some from November to December.

rt_hous816_brunchcollateralupdate_580x420Jazz ‘n’ Blues Brunch on November 12, 19, 26; December 3, 10 ,17 from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.  Jazz ‘n’ Blues Brunch is curated and hosted by Preston Smith and served with a sizzling side of smooth jazz, blues, traditional jazz and/or R&B. Mimosas and Bloody Mary specials! Beverage, tax and gratuity not included.

Open Mic Night on November 15; December 6 and December 20 at 7 p.m.

Take a seat or take the stage! Head to HOB Restaurant on the first and third Tuesday of each month for open mic night. Catch Houston’s homegrown talent and enjoy extended happy hour pricing from 3 p.m.’til close. Performance sign-up begins at 6 p.m.Mics and house sound provided. Acoustic guitars recommended. Hopped Up on November 29 and December 27 at 5 – 8 p.m. 

Whether you’re a beerginner or a craft aficionado, head to House of Blues Restaurant & Bar on the last Tuesday of each month for Hopped Up, a tap takeover featuring flagship brands and rare brews. Local Houston breweries take over with $4 featured drafts all day – plus, limited-time bar bites, live music and giveaways. Meet the brewery reps who will be on hand and talk shop and hops.

Dine-In Movie on November 13 at 6 p.m.

Trade the drive-in for a dine-in! HOB Restaurant offers featured flicks on the big screen – the second Tuesday of each month. Dinner is served until 10pm. Reservations encouraged. The Art Room on November 10 at 8 – 11 p.m.

Head to The Art Room, Houston’s weekly pop-up gallery highlighting local artists, from 8pm – 11pm in Foundation Room. Surround yourself with original artwork and sip TX beer and spirit specials. Elevate on November 18 and 25 at 9 p.m.

Elevate your nightlife Fridays in Foundation Room with regional buzz bands and homegrown heavy hitters from 9-11 p. m. Houston’s hottest DJs spinning ‘til 1 a.m. Extended happy hour pricing ‘til 11 p.m.

Mile High Club on November 12, 19, 26; December 3, 10, 17 at 10 p.m.

Set a course for decadence and first class debauchery Saturdays in Foundation Room. Enjoy champagne specials and select bottles of wine ½ off all night. Sounds by DJ Simiyu. Bottle service available.  Attention Passengers:  To ensure your comfort during the flight, we’ll be relaxing the Foundation Room dress code for Mile High Club evenings. Club attire is recommended.
